Diploma in Science in 1977 at the Liceo Scientifico ‘E. Fermi’ in Ragusa.

Graduated in Medicine on March the 21^st, 1985 at the ‘University of Catania’ with full marks and honors, discussing a thesis: ‘Short-and Long-term Prognosis After Surgical Treatment of Chronic Ischemic Heart Disease ‘, Supervisor Prof. Mauro Abbate, Director of Cardiac Surgery, Faculty of Medicine of the University of Catania.

Enabled to the Medical Licensure in 1985, the 1st session of the State Exams.

Member of the College of Physicians of the Province of Ragusa from 06/28/1985 to 03/22/2020 with position number 1548.

Member of the College of Physicians of the Province of Catania from 03/23/2020 to today with position number 16213.

Since 1998 i have performed surgery of adult heart diseases, especially ischemic and valvular ones.
